Tuition & Fees
The American Hebrew Academy is committed to providing an exceptional educational experience to all students. The Academy’s tuition offers outstanding value compared to peer institutions.
|Tuition for 2017-18|
|International Student Fee||First Year $500/ Thereafter $250|
Tuition Covers: All Instruction, room (boarders), meals (boarders and day student lunches), personal computer, textbooks, individual school I.D. pictures, activity fees, athletic fees, and transportation to local school sponsored events. Additional fees apply for personal travel, medical insurance, athletic uniforms and apparel, various consumable items for selected electives, special events and school trips.
Tuition is set by the Board of Trustees annually. Information about monthly payment plans and financial aid is available from our Financial Aid Office.
The international student fee is covers the cost of private mail service to international families and the annual processing of student visas. The student visa application fee is payable online to the U.S. State Department.
Student health insurance plans are available for an additional charge. All students must have health care acceptable in the U.S. Please contact the Business Office for additional information.
A discount of $1,000 total per family will be given to enrolled siblings. This discount is only available to those families paying full tuition
Referral Tuition Reduction
If a current full tuition family refers a new student family to the Academy, they will receive a $500 tuition reduction. If the referral is made by more than one family, the reduction will be divided equally among those families paying full tuition. The referral discount will only be granted if the student referred is enrolled at the Academy.
Early Enrollment/Advanced Payment Discount & Installment Payment Plan
Families paying full tuition, who make payment in full by the first day of the school year, will receive a 3% tuition discount. Installment payment plans are available upon request for all other families.
